This Privacy Policy explains what information Silver ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Silver you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account & identity: if you sign in, the email address and basic profile from your chosen sign-in provider (e.g. Google). Guests are identified only by a random cookie.
Gameplay: the scenarios you play, the intentions you type, and the story/images generated for you, so your campaigns persist.
Payments: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and credit amounts; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage & device: pages visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps, to understand and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

to run the game — saving campaigns, tracking your credit balance, and generating story and art;
to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
to process payments and prevent fraud or abuse;
to comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

To generate story text and images, the intentions you submit and relevant campaign context are sent to third-party AI model providers. We share only what is needed to produce your turn. Those providers process the data under their own terms; we choose providers with that in mind.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in (or to identify your guest session) and to run the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics are first-party and aggregate.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Silver (hosting, payments, AI models, email), and where required by law.

6. Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated campaigns via the contact page. Clearing cookies ends a guest session.

7. Children

Silver is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
